One thing just struck me there; if you see it, you can be it. I wonder if there are any initiatives that would, for example, help Mr. McDonagh or others share why they decided to take the path they did. We have had some wonderful presenters in here over the last few weeks, and I wonder if there is something like that out there where, for example, an expert farrier, a teacher, somebody doing a PhD could share their experience and say "if I can do it, you can do it". There is obviously a need for such an initiave, but if there was something there, it could be built on.
