On the seasonal work visas, ICTU flagged up alignment with mainland European standards and that there should be a widespread review of all aspects. Dr. Rigney also stated there are other areas in which we fall behind other EU countries. Dr. Rigney referred to redundancy rights and the right to collective bargaining. What are the other areas?
