I think it is still a little bit of an unknown area because we do not have anything like that at the moment. If they came in through the general scheme or whatever, that would be where those parameters would probably kick in. In the low skill piece, I suppose it is to try to look at how we would address that challenge. Something like the Canadian or New Zealand model, which has a very defined duration much like what the Deputy is describing, would be at a point in time where we would be but certainly looking at how we could go broader than that would be something we would need to review.
