Employers are very keen to look at various ways that we would look at these areas including both engaging in training and development and in how and where they look for the different types of staff. Just because they are low margin does not mean they are not quality jobs and opportunities to careers. All of that feeds in to the business and how people run their businesses. We have a lot of supports in place to protect that.
