In some cases the types of roles would be for low-skilled and maybe unskilled general operatives in the area, where employers are competing with the construction sector, for example, where the pay may be higher. Some of these sectors are on low margins and are not in a position to compete with the likes of the construction sector, which adds challenges to the area.
