We talk to employers in these sectors. The views we are getting suggest it is not only already stifling their growth but also their ability to meet current business. It is damaging how they deliver on a daily basis and their opportunities to upskill and develop their staff. Several employers have particular concerns in light of the extra challenges that Brexit brings. They believe this will further impede their ability to do business. In some cases it is a question of meeting the current need let alone trying to grow and be competitive. That is what they are experiencing on a daily basis.
