I completely agree with everything the witnesses have said. It comes back to power and accountability. It is shocking to hear that the State has never even requested that the issue of access to those records be part of those high-level discussions. What does that tell us about the Departments?

I wish to clarify that Sinn Féin is opposed to the Bill. I will be opposing it.
