I thank Dr. Buckley. As I said at the beginning of the meeting, each member will have three minutes to ask questions to specific witnesses or in general. There will then be five minutes to respond. The member will then have two minutes to wrap up. We will begin with committee members and the Deputy and Senator present who are not committee members will have an opportunity to ask their questions afterwards.
