To follow up on Deputy Cullinane's point on the just transition task force, when did the Department decide to ignore the recommendations of the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Climate Action about establishing a task force and not a review group? Can the witnesses provide some detail on the decision to drop one of the key recommendations of the committee?
