That is a fair comment. I know there is Sláintecare, transformation and so on. However, I just ask a simple question as to who is in charge and who is running the show and the service. When we ask that question of the HSE, it is very hard to get a clear answer. That is nothing to do with any individual. When we go to the trouble of creating a national policy which comes from the top down, I do not understand who decides we are not going to apply it. That is worrying. If people had gone to the effort of communicating with others to create a national policy and then there was just an ad hocapproach whereby someone decided we were not going to apply it, that would not be good enough from my perspective.
