Returning to how the online safety commissioner will operate, I know that since 2012 and the referendum on children's rights, and since the Children First Act was passed and enacted and Tusla was established and so on, the issues of children and youth affairs have exercised themselves in their importance in society. Looking back to problems of the past, is this perhaps a symptom of what is not quite a callous disregard but an element of unwillingness to consider it a priority? Is that still there within Government agencies?
