To be helpful rather than rude, Ms Hanlon gives great detail in her answers but perhaps I could get a "yes" or "no" to the questions I have. This will inform parliamentary questions in which I can tease the matter out further. I want to use the time as best I can. If the reply is neither "yes" nor "no" the witnesses can tell me it is not that simple or that they do not know.
