It is understandably a high figure. It includes cases from private insurance companies, perhaps as a result of accidents and so on. Given that it is the responsibility of the Judiciary, there is separation between it and the Oireachtas, which is why the committee and the Comptroller and Auditor General cannot examine the figures. Am I correct?
