That is good. I am glad to hear that. Ms Graham was a champion of freedom of information requests in a former life, and may be one in her present iteration. My underlying concern comes from what the Information Commissioner said. The Information Commissioner clearly has concerns with the current direction. Those concerns should be noted and acted upon. I am glad to hear the Department has an open mind in this regard.
