I want to deal with the first issue first, if I may. In our letter of 30 November, which included the document and which we published, we explained precisely why the document was unpaginated. The Data Protection Commissioner had sent us 14 findings and 17 requests for further information. To respond to those 14 findings and 17 requests for further information, we had to insert in the document many exhibits, technical specifications and so on, which were scanned documents. They were not our documents but were technical documents. That meant they were being scanned with pages numbers already on them, which meant that the numbering sequence, when we paginated it, did not make sense.
