I would like to make a further point. I am a landlord, so I have revenue coming in from my apartment to cover this. However, I feel that charging somebody €2,500 a month for a 680 sq. ft two-bedroom apartment is scandalous, so I will not charge those high rents.

I may be foolish in doing so. I do not charge anywhere near that but cover my costs. I charge €1,650 or thereabouts but that is an awful lot of money for someone to pay for a two-bedroom apartment. Does the Chairman know what I mean?
