It was not the cost of the cards across all cards. The background to this is that we set up the contract and then the economic crisis happened. The Department went off doing other things in response to the economic crisis. We had a provider in Bray who was employing 60 staff and who had set up to deliver this card but we were not giving it orders for cards. I can get the details for the Deputy and am happy to send them to him but as I understand it, we agreed an increased price for about 200,000 or 300,000 cards that were delivered to begin with in order to tide the provider over.
