I would not even dream of it. It is partly because scientists do not see the process. We do not have transparency in the negotiation process. We do not know what is going on behind closed doors in Ireland and, therefore, we do not have the insight to know who is saying what. Were it to be more out in the open, it would be possible to carry out an academic exercise on it.
