I realise Deputy Pringle is a new member of the committee, as is Deputy Connolly. The rest of us have been pressing to get this legislation before the committee since before the Deputy joined the committee. Some of us are very well across the detail. It is a cross we have been bearing for some time and we have been anxious about it.
