I appreciate Professor Hervey's honesty on the matter. The issue of substances of human origin is interesting because it is not as easily to predict what is needed, and we in the House have much work to do in that regard. Ireland has a significant reliance on the UK in that sphere. Has Professor Hervey any advice as to what we should do domestically to try to protect the connection?
