On the individual cases we referred to, which resulted in €47 million being compensated to 7,100 customers, I do not know the specific date for when it was initially launched. It was apparent, however, after that ruling that this was an issue of a very wide and systemic nature and the framework was introduced in 2015 to yield results in the region of €690 million for 40,000 customers.
