Ms GrĂ¡inne McEvoy:
As Ms Rowland mentioned in her opening statement, we have been very clear with the lenders that they are required to apply the decision of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman wherever it has relevance among the wider group of individuals who may be similarly impacted and to rectify matters accordingly. It is not sufficient to look at each case individually. We will challenge lenders if we find they are not doing that.
