That is welcome. I wish to be crystal clear on what Ms Rowland is saying. Let us suppose the ombudsman considers an individual customer complaint, for example, concerning the AIB prevailing rate, and he finds in favour of that customer. Suppose the case is representative of many others in which the issues are essentially the same. In that scenario, will the application of that decision be put into effect by the banks?
