Close links and nomination agreements with Local Authorities can improve void turnaround times and AHBs are expected to take an outcome-focused approach to managing voids, allocations and lettings.

This is the kind of detail that one would expect to see in the performance standard. Is that the area the Deputy wanted to look at?
