I do not want to get in a row with Mr. Sullivan. He can say good progress has been made, and that was a great PowerPoint presentation, but in real life it does not appear that way to people. In fact, the trolley wait figure for today is 551, and that figure hardly ever goes below 500. What I am trying to tease out is where we will see an appreciable difference.
