Unlike the Deputy in the context of one of the previous issues, I am going to give a response because I have respect. First of all, I am just providing information on what I intend to do. We can discuss it then. The Deputy has said he has "only just received this information". I am offering information that can be reflected on later. I hope that is a good thing. On the particular issue raised by the Deputy, I must point out that underneath the amendment is an intention that officials will be there to be observe and will not have any party status. They will support the new guardians ad litem. This provision will rarely be used and will be used by leave of the court only. Those are a couple of the things I could say right now on this matter. I suppose it will be particularly appropriate to discuss and debate it when we have the Report Stage amendment.
