I can say factually what the Bill is about and I can say factually what happened in the Oireachtas, but I cannot really say what the next steps may be. It is the Minister that is bringing the Bill before the Oireachtas whereas I am a civil servant in the Department. As such, it would not be appropriate for me to go any further.
