From our perspective, it is. The engagement from that individual to the leaders of the council could have been handled better. If someone is unhappy with the communications coming from the organisation, he or she should engage with it one-on-one, as opposed to the way it was handled and leaked to Wiredmagazine immediately. We would engage on a more constructive basis with the platforms and take an approach where we would escalate any issues that we have to them directly. Our approach is that we would be an honest broker.
