What seems to be a lot of money may not be enough to meet the scale of the crisis. As the Minister of State mentioned, there is a mixture of resources available and a willingness on the part of the NOSP and the Minister of State to look at the committee's recommendations in the here and now, as well as long-term issues such as ethnic identifiers, coroner reports, the verification of suicides and so on. Mr. Meehan mentioned the importance of collaboration at local level, but collaboration at national level is also important.
