Mr. Cahill will discuss permanent affordability in more detail. At a general level, everyone on this side of the room believes that affordability needs to be one of the agency's objectives. In the LDA's submission to this committee, Mr. John Coleman referred to how the agency would work out affordability rates. He outlined a very detailed assessment wherein it would look at the income deciles in a particular area and work back from that to find the price of the land.
