Some of our oral hearings have gone on for a number of weeks, particularly for more complex projects. Again, if we have as much information available to all of the applicants as early as possible, it allows us to get to the nub of the issues quickly. Not all oral hearings are held in hotels. Obviously, any that take place in or around Dublin would be held in our offices, free of charge. A lot depends on the type of project or proposal. We also deal with local authority projects, road CPOs and so on and if the oral hearing is being held in the local authority offices, there might be a perception-----
