I want to discuss how we progress from here because both rows are very important. As a number of delegates will come before the committee next week, this is going to go on for a while. When we issue a report, would it possible for the Department and the LDA to respond to it prior to publication of the Bill? I also ask that the delegates engage with the committee again prior to publishing the Bill. In that way there will be nothing in it, of which we will not be aware or the logic of which we will not understand. Such an approach has worked well for us in the past.
