As Ms Graham mentioned, it is being worked on by the Department as a policy matter, from which we are not stepping away. Clearly, we are involved in shaping that policy also. Some of the points made by the Deputy, for example, about climate change and the need for a low carbon footprint, resonate with us. Our task, as a body, is to implement the national planning framework which involves compact development. In the developments for which we are responsible we have a bias towards a lack of car use because it contributes to a low carbon footprint. The Shanganagh scheme, which is the first one on which we are working, is being designed to passive standards. We are on the same page on that aspect of things.
