The Bill does not specify whether the houses or homes will be subject to cost rental or affordable purchase, an issue that was discussed. It is fair to say it will be determined by housing legislation. While there are pathfinder projects as part of the ongoing work on the cost rental model, there is also a working group working on it. I understand a couple of months of work will be required. It will probably be beyond the timeline for the Bill.
