That is okay. If it is flagged in advance, we have sight of it beforehand and if there is good reason for it, we will accommodate it. I acknowledge Ms Graham flagged it previously. My point is that I do not want new sections being presented on Committee Stage. It is unfair on members and we will not permit it for this Bill. We gave the Minister significant latitude to bring in new sections during the passage of the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act but that will not happen with this Bill.
