As we internalise the EUROSTAT decision, we would like to see that situation pertain, although we have to see how practical it is in the context of the changes required to the allocation system and to differential rent. It may be possible and the ongoing social housing reform work will help to inform the situation. I met the Housing Alliance in July and the Minister met with its representatives as recently as last week.
