There is the legislation, the overarching memorandum of understanding that was signed between the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Deputy Coveney, and his counterpart and we have a drafted agreement between ourselves and the UK which will be signed on the last day before the UK leaves. All that is in place.
