Youth Mental Health: Discussion

I wish to touch on the topic of community service and early intervention. In my own area of Coolock, two young lads have committed suicide in the past two weeks. The community is on its knees. Knowing the lads and their families, it is so difficult to hear the cries when sitting in church. Young men are carrying their friends out on their shoulders. When there is a spike like that in a certain area, can resources be put into the area so that these young men and women can talk about things? For parents who are concerned, is there an avenue for services to be opened up in an area when there is a spike in suicide?
