I am sure the Deputy will recall that Chambers Ireland and its member organisations in the regions were very strong on the final draft of the national development plan in the context of having Sligo, Dundalk, Drogheda and somewhere in the midlands included in it as well. We share her concern in that regard. Mr. Doyle dealt comprehensively with the specific issues relating to the north west. In terms of planning, there is a danger that when one comes up with a good idea that is to be implemented, that when one puts planning down as a concern and one is asked what could be done to change it, it is clear that it is very complicated.
