Could I just add something in respect of overtime? Overtime is not a shorthand for operational activity. Overtime is on top of a 40-hour week for our members. What I want to focus on is making sure those 40 hours are used effectively and efficiently in the first place. Overtime is extra work in what is already demanding work. I have obligations around the well-being and welfare of staff as well and must try to manage it tightly.
