If someone from the accreditation body was auditing a laboratory in Sandyford or Kildare that was applying for accreditation for a new test, and he or she noticed that the laboratory had no accreditation for doing that test on behalf of the State the previous week, would that be the accreditation body's problem or would it be a matter for someone else?
