Right. What I am saying to the Senator is that already in the process they have determined that broadband radio technology meets that quality of service criteria. If the issue is, as it seems to have been in the past 18 months, that we have to guarantee a certain quality of service level, from a purely engineering standpoint - the committee can ask independent radio engineers and fibre optic engineers - it comes down to whether the chosen technology approach will achieve the specified quality of service criteria and the one that can do it more flexibility and more cost-efficiently from an engineering point of view is the technology that one goes for.
