The matter raised is a policy matter, which is a matter for the Department. We have issued a report on climate change as it relates to us. This has come to us because of the discussion happening here. We will send this to the Department for a response. We might not analyse or comment on the response but we will ask for information on that. It might ultimately be a policy matter. Let us get the information and if it is a policy matter, we can decide who will deal with it at that stage.
