There might not be a specific incentive, but that would not necessarily be an issue if the housing in question was being provided under a long-term lease. It depends on a number of factors. It is an idea that needs more teasing out with my colleagues to see whether we could facilitate it. If it was coming to us as a recommendation from the committee, that would enable us to take it forward and do the necessary exploratory work. I would be happy to do that. There might be grants that could connect to it.
