It would be a good advantage to us because we have not done so in recent years. It would be desirable to do so, except for the fact that certain additional costs arose, as we are aware. That required considerably more work to reconcile and put the plan in place. It would be desirable to have the plan adopted by the Minister. It is his intention to do so.
