Approximately 25 years. Actually, it was 1986. As a quid pro quo, the Bar Council, by way of a protocol, agreed voluntarily that someone would only have to pay the cost of one senior counsel. The background to this was that, at the time, there was some outcry about legal costs being so high. This was the solution. That protocol operated very well up until the past three to four years, although I am guessing that time. We are now seeing two senior counsels appearing, particularly in clinical negligence cases, with bills for both. It used to be the case under the protocol that, if two senior counsels appeared,-----
