The reality, unfortunately, is that experts sometimes differ. For example, we get life expectancy reports on children who are catastrophically brain damaged. The Deputy has no idea of the variation we get in those life expectancy reports. One would imagine that a life expectancy expert would say one thing and that everybody would be in agreement. That happens in an ideal world.
