We are finding now there is great divergence from that and that in fact we are being asked at taxation and even in court that we pay for two seniors in these cases. The difficulty we are having is that is increasing legal costs and it will continue. It is a big challenge for us. By the way, we have mentioned this at the cost of insurance working group, which as the Deputy probably knows, the Minister of State, Deputy D'Arcy is chairing. It has been a point of contention there as well.
