This is the group of women on the cancer registry list who chose not to engage. Is there any research as to why their decision was made? There must have been some reason for not engaging with the RCOG process. Perhaps I have missed something but I do not understand why one in five of the total number would go to another jurisdiction. That would seem to create inequality in terms of standards. If we got to the reason they did not engage, we might find out what we should do. We do not want people to slip through the net and not have the opportunity to engage. We want to sort people out in the least adversarial way possible and without forcing them to jump through too many hoops.
