Following on from Deputy Bríd Smith's question, is it possible for a lab to turn up at the tribunal for my hearing, let us say, but not for Bríd's hearing? Can they be à la cartewith their clients? It might suit lab A to turn up for my hearing but it might not want anything to do with another woman's case. Can the labs pick and choose the cases for which they turn up?
